White Peach and Elderflower

This very special flavor was created in celebration of the one-year anniversary of our beloved neighbors, L’Echelle. With Chef Mika also serving as Executive Chef there, this collaboration felt incredibly meaningful—a little love letter to our shared wall, friendship, and community.

Inspired by a solo trip Chef Mika took to Paris at 30, this flavor leans into a dessert memory that never left her: a frozen parfait flavored with Saint-Germain and white peach. Our version swirls sweet cream custard delicately scented with elderflower together with bright white peach sorbet, creating a dreamy creamsicle effect with a more elegant twist.

We’ll only be offering this flavor in limited scoops and pints at Cornet—not at the restaurant—so grab one while you can. And trust us: this one absolutely shines with a glass of champagne.

Malted Chocolate

A beloved flavor of ours rooted in classic soda fountain shops and old-school chocolate malts. This custard blends deep chocolate flavor with the unmistakable richness and nuttiness of malted milk powder, creating something roasty, toasty, and endlessly nostalgic.

And if you’ve never had malted milk powder before—Carnation Malted Milk Powder is made from malted barley, wheat flour, and milk, giving it that signature sweet, earthy flavor that made vintage diner milkshakes and malt shop candies so iconic. This one truly tastes like stepping back in time, in the best way possible.

Coconut Cream

This flavor is pure nostalgia for Chef Mika—a tribute to growing up in Texas and chasing down coconut paletas on hot days. We blend rich coconut milk into our sweet cream custard base for a smooth, silky texture with no coconut flakes, letting the flavor stay clean and balanced. Cool, comforting, and especially perfect on a cone.

Madagascar Vanilla


This is an incredible showcase of the purest ingredients. We take sweet cream, whole milk, egg yolks, and organic cane sugar and add Norohy’s organic Madagascar vanilla beans and extract. It's a nectar of the gods!

WHO IS CORNET CUSTARD ?

Cornet Custard is the wild, inspired child of Mika Paredes and the late Naomi Pomeroy of Beast restaurant fame. After working together on and off since 2004, the pair came back together post-pandemic at the short-lived (but much-adored) Ripe Cooperative.

There at Ripe, Mika got to work creating the RICHEST, MOST LUXURIOUS Frozen Custard ever known — with 12 egg yolks in every quart— inspired by CLASSIC FLAVORS using old fashioned methods and the VERY BEST INGREDIENTS.

Each batch of Cornet Custard starts in a stand mixer, whisking egg yolks and pure cane sugar together until billowy thick ribbons form, and is hand tempered with a mixture of hot milk and cream, returned to the stove and cooked to a thick custard. After incredible flavors, fruits etc. are added, its all churned through an unparalleled gelato maker we retrieved directly from Italy.

One taste and you will know the difference.
